For over a decade, Slap Happy Cartoons has proudly delivered the highest calibre of animation to the global stage. As one of the longest-running independent studios in Canada, we pride ourselves on being artist-owned and operated.

Our studio is built on a rock-solid foundation, boasting 125 years of collective animation expertise among its partners.

Prior to opening our doors, the Slap Happy owners honed their skills through the 90s and early 2000s, a time now considered by many to be the animation renaissance period. Fast forward to today where we’ve married that invaluable industry experience to the best talent in the business, building a studio that really knows how to make a cartoon.
